Portobellosvampe med nøddefyld
Lækker nøddefyldte portobellosvampe til enten grillen eller ovnen.
Ingredients
- 400 grams Portobello mushrooms
- 100 grams Almonds
- 100 grams Hazelnuts
- 50 grams Garlic
- 100 grams Red Pesto
- 50 grams Parsley
- 50 grams Tomatoes (Or 1)

Method

Chop almonds, hazelnuts, garlic and parsley, and mix together with salt, pepper and the pesto.

Cut the tomatoes into wedges and place them on top. If necessary, press them a little into the nut filling.

Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and a basil leaf, if desired.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, or throw them on the grill for 10 minutes.
